1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 5777cx reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration, or at any subsequent point, may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Account Responsibility

Your 5777cx account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or share access to your account with any other person. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any deposits, wagers, or withdrawals. 3. Deposits & PKR Payments

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your 5777cx balance immediately upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers and card payments may take a short additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule. 5777cx does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

3.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. 5777cx reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds. Players will always be notified of the applicable minimum before confirming a transaction.

3.4 Funds Origin

By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are using belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. 5777cx does not knowingly accept funds from unlawful sources. Any account found to be associated with fraudulent funding will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

4. Withdrawals & Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To withdraw funds, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires a one-time submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and a brief identity confirmation. This process is completed once and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals. Players who complete verification early experience no delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed as priority transactions on 5777cx and typically complete within 60 seconds for verified accounts. Bank transfers via Raast or standard inter-bank transfer are generally settled on the same business day for requests submitted during business hours. 5777cx does not charge any withdrawal fees — the PKR amount you request is the PKR amount you receive.

4.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will default to JazzCash. This policy helps protect players against unauthorised redirection of funds. If you need to withdraw to a different method due to a change in payment account, contact support before requesting the withdrawal.

4.4 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Funds deposited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus will be clearly stated in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. Real money deposits not associated with a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to account verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are intended for one use per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated. 5.4 Cricket & PSL Promotions

5.5 Abuse of Bonuses

5777cx reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to: using irregular bet patterns specifically to clear wagering requirements, hedging bets across accounts, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on 5777cx operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real PKR. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game information and the underlying game software, the software result will be considered the authoritative outcome.

6.2 Technical Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, 5777cx reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount. Wins resulting from a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid out. 5777cx will communicate transparently with affected players when a malfunction incident occurs.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5777cx:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes

Accounts found in breach of these rules will be suspended immediately, and any associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.

7. Account Security & Verification

7.1 Password Security

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

10. Limitation of Liability

5777cx provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical issues, outages, or errors at all times. 5777cx shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control.

5777cx is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's own error, including incorrect bet placement, failure to read game rules, or loss of account access due to forgotten credentials. Players are encouraged to keep copies of transaction records for their own reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5777cx's liability for fraud, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These Terms
